ETC closure and the San Fermines
Pamplona - Spain
The festivities in honor of San Fermin are fundamentally an emotional and participative experience as befits an event whose frame of reference is the main street, and whose protagonists are people. Therefore, the proposed design will incorporate both aspects into their objectives: emotion and participation. It is intended that the visitor reaches a 24/7 full 360º. So it is able to see the party as a whole which could never be done in reality.
We designed the corporate identity of the exhibition center and graphic system.
We analyzed three concepts: The Party, the people and the bull, forming a triangle, which we chose as an icon of identity exposure and which also represents the San Fermin scarf. This nod refers to the popular and festive. We believe that using the triangle as the protagonist reinforces viewers (home or away)in the identity of where this great party is developed, and has no direct relationship with the bull.
